    Hey there! I myself am just getting started with sandbag training. Right now i train with a home-made one that weighs about 30 kg but it's not practical and i wish to upgrade to a proper sandbag; i am not sure as to which type to get, whether it's the pre-determined weight ones like the Cerberus and Rogue ones or get a large sandbag and work my weight up, much like the Ironmind large sandbag. Right now i am mainly doing the "squatter's rights" workout by John Brookfield (10 sandbag squats immediately followed by 20 bodyweight squats and back again) for time (i am at 7 minutes straight) and some sandbag carries - for the first one the 30 kg seems light at first but it soon becomes harder as fatigue starts to sit in; as for the carries, 30 kg is definitely on the lighter side and i do not feel that i am getting much from it. What shall i buy? A couple of fixed-weight sandbags (say a 45 and a 60 kg from Cerberus or Rogue) or get the Ironmind large sandbag and gradually increase the weight by adding more sand? Thanks to everybody who'll reply.

    The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, 1 John 3:8 KJV He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT. John 3:18 KJV He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

    I go for a walk after every meal and have been for over 2.5 years now and it definitely has made improvements and if you ever experienced like soreness from changing up your program or doing too much, going for a nice long walk with sore legs it's a really really good way to reduce that soreness and get more healing from the increase to blood supply to the area

    • @drip369
      @drip369 15 дней назад

      One thing that's interesting about the walking is the digestion part, since you are doing a full body movement the abdominal muscles are going to massage the stomach and at the same time reduce the inflammation response to the stomach in the body, which of course is a health benefit, and since you are moving the entire body and you are pumping blood to the entire body, your metabolism also gets enough signals to know where to send the nutrients once it reaches the intestines. One part that is interesting as well as what it does to the other hormones like the leptin response in the body so it calms that down so if you are eating processed foods a lot and never feeling full, the resetting of the left and response will let your body know when you've had enough refueling and like Joey is talking about you get that meditative effect because you can get into a breathing Rhythm you can process some thoughts with extra endorphins and of course you get rid of that feeling of being tired as well as bloated because of that massaging effect on the stomach during the walk

    this was hard to watch some of those lifts were literally the worst way you could lift and object that has the potential to shift its weight i have ever seen. You will 100% blow your back out like that. Just because you are strong doesn't men you should lift without thinking. Really not trying to be condescending but I have thrown my back out before and its hard to watch someone lift "incorrectly" Honestly even if it was not a object that can shift its weight you shouldn't hip hinge and hold the weight so far out from your self. All the pressure is on your lower back..

    Hi bro,I use only kettlebells, and I will try to explain why: I was a Chi Gong trainee, where the first principle is that the whole body moves as one unit. No matter what movement you do, your entire body, from your toes to your hair, participates. When I first saw kettlebell sport training, I said to myself, "It's beautiful! Chi Gong with weights!" Kettlebells are not about the gym philosophy of isolating muscles and training each one to get pumped. Instead, kettlebells are the best tool for training your body as one unit. To understand kettlebells well, you should be a dancer at heart because real kettlebell training is a dance. The movements should be smooth, and the power should pass from your legs through your entire body. Beyond this, the number of reps in kettlebell sport training is comparable only to a boxing match. In kettlebell sports training and competitions, you do hundreds of reps even though the weights are not high. It's unique because I don't think there is another tool that combines aerobic training with weight training in such a perfect way. Even two kettlebells of 16 kg provide a very powerful workout if you do, for example, "two-arm long cycle" a few dozen times. I could say more, but I hope this is enough.
